Introduction

The Rights of Children in Education Project was conceptualised by Allan Wohrnitz in 2002 to address the problems parents were encountering when they were being bullied into drugging or medicating their children with hyperactivity (or labelled ADHD) without their consent. Parents had no alternatives given to them which drove them into a state of despair regarding the wellbeing of their children.

As a concerned citizen and a parent, Allan was aware of the dangers of drugs and of medically drugging children for hyperactivity.

When Allan studied nutrition to find out drug-free alternatives for his son’s chest and asthma problems, which he actually cured in his son and himself, he came to find out that nutrition played a major role in preventing the majority of symptoms observed in hyperactive children. Any child whose nutrition is bad will display the same symptoms found in the “diagnosis” of ADHD.

He also found out that many of the symptoms observed in hyperactive children were also the same ones observed when a child was studying any subject or reading a book without understanding words.

Children who were misbehaving, unruly, disrespectful and disinterested in their school work were found to also have a lack of basic knowledge in common-sense morals and values and were instead diagnosed as ADHD because of their behaviour.

Take the symptoms of bad nutrition, lack of moral values and misunderstanding words and you have before you the majority of the same symptoms used to diagnose a child as “hyperactive” or “ADHD”.

Common sense would say that you sort out the child’s nutrition, his understanding of morals and values and his understanding of how misunderstood words in any subject can be a major barrier to his success in his studies, the symptoms of “ADHD” in the majority of cases would disappear and you would have a normal, healthy, well behaved and successful child.

In studying Medical Law, Allan found out that before any medical practitioner is authorised to prescribe any drugs, he should first establish organic proof of an existing disease.

Since there is no proof that “ADHD” is a brain disease, Allan realised that a number of normal children were diagnosed wrongfully and were being subject to medical malpractice. Before any doctor can legally prescribe drugs, the child being diagnosed should have had his/her nutrition checked, intake of junk foods checked, levels of toxins checked, allergies handled first.

Nutrition works. Every hyperactive child Allan helped, he found in ALL cases to have one or more nutritional deficiencies.

Underlying medical problems and nutrition deficiencies have to be identified first and handled first. We have enough health experts and medical practitioners on our side who have helped thousands of parents to help their children live a drug-free life and free of hyperactivity.

Allan has answered the same questions from many concerned parents and has even authored a book “The Rights of Children in Education” to answer all the questions.

By the time you have gone through the website, you will know that it is possible to help your child, there are people out there who can help you and your child and you will be empowered to protect your child to help him/her lead a drug free life and succeed in his/her education.

We wish you well in your quest for this new-found hope. We know that your child can be safe and can live a drug-free life and who is free of the bullying tactics of the medical authorities and teachers to medicate your child as the “ONLY” option.

Fare well as you gain the knowledge you have been looking for.
